The folks working the reception desk are the most helpful I've encountered in a dentist office. Questions regarding coverage of insurance were professionally answered and what couldn't be easily answered, was researched by contacting my insurance - unprompted and in real time. In my experience, the patient is on the hook for figuring out any non-straight forward insurance questions with the provider. It was a wonderful surprise to have someone assist and demonstrated great customer service.
Additionally, the hygienist are personable and kind. They take their time cleaning and understanding your situation. Dr. McGann is very professional and extremely well versed in dentistry. He was able to give me answers to an on going issue I had after my first visit with him. Conversely, I had 3 visits at a different dentist office who couldn't determine root cause, so they performed a crown ( now I know it was their last ditch effort to resolve the issue - but it didn't. In result, I paid for a costly and uncomfortable procedure on a good tooth. I'm very happy I decided to try a new clinic! McGann Family Dental is quick to get you in, but they don't shove you out the door after your appointment is through. I would recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a new dentist!

They do great work and everyone on the staff was awesome! I went here for a second opinion after another dentist office told me I had a cavity in a back molar and they would have to remove a wisdom tooth to get at it. McGann dental was able to fill the cavity without removing the wisdom tooth! It was a great experience and McGann dental is now my new permanent dental home!

Friendly and convenient. Chipped a tooth they were able to smooth it and I was in and out very quickly.

The team is absolutely fantastic. Such kind people. Amber, Jean and Dr.McGann made me feel so comfortable. I look forward to continuing my oral hygiene journey with this team. Glad I found this place. After not seeing a dentist 4 yrs and having wisdom tooth pain I decided it was long overdue to find a dentist. I used my insurance list and called 5 different places (all of whom said no new patients unless friends or family), I was exhausted by the time I hit McGann on the list.
